I truly enjoyed reading Lessons Learned, as it was a quick read yet made me take time to analyze some areas of my life. My favorite lesson in this book was number eight which discusses self-image and being comfortable in your own skin.

I recommend this book to any woman, especially young women. This book was provided to me courtesy of the author for review purposes.
